“Sometimes we are afraid to evaluate because we are afraid of what we might find.”

Where would you rate yourself on each of the following? 1 is “Help!” and needs serious improvement, 5 is “Eh…” and indicates some added attention needed, and 10 is “Wow!” I cannot imagine it being better!
