OBCC Rehearsal
Mission Ignition is a hands-on missions experience for kids in 1st through 6th grade, where they will learn about different ways they can be involved in missions. They will also be challenged to do missions when they return home. It takes place in multiple churches around Oklahoma all at once! Click the link for more details. Registration opens on Friday, January 3, 2025. You can register online to attend until Sunday, February 23, 2025. If your church has participated in mission project challenges throughout 2024, Mission Project Activity Reports are due on or before January 15, 2025.

Children’s Ministry Association (formerly Community 94) is a group designed to invest in the lives and ministries of Preschool and Childhood Ministers. The group meets throughout the year at various locations. This meeting will take place among the Advance Conference. The Advance Conference is March 3-4 which means our Childhood Ministry Association gathering will be on Tuesday, March 4th from 9:30AM-1:00PM. We will have resources, speakers, and fellowship for all our KidMin Leaders. Lunches will be provided. Don't forget this event is FREE and open to anyone who is a part of Children's Ministry in Oklahoma! The Advance Conference will also have breakouts available for all areas in the church including Youth Min, Women's Min, Missions, Evangelism, and more! We can't wait to see you at Chisholm Heights Baptist Church for this event!
Oklahoma Youth Ministry Network Trainings (formerly OKYMA) are quarterly training meetings designed to connect youth ministers in practical youth ministry training to sharpen their skills and to fellowship with other like-minded, youth ministry folks. If you are a youth minister or a lay youth leader in the state of Oklahoma, you are eligible and encouraged to attend our regular meetings. Check the schedule and make plans to attend. Most meetings include: Roundtable Discussion Youth Ministry helps or ideas Practical Youth Ministry training Fellowship and collaboration
Dr. Chris Martin, Director of Convention Strategies for the International Mission Board will be the guest speaker for the Global Missions Cohort at the Advance Conference. Lunch will be included with registration for this event.
Chaplain Manual/OSFA will be offered March 6-8, 2025, from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. daily. The class fee for all three days is $60.00. The instructor is Dr. Naomi Paget. The training will be offered at the NEW office location of Oklahoma Baptists, 300 Johnny Bench Dr., Ste. 300, OKC, OK 73104. To register, please email pjones@oklahomabaptists.org. Course materials, drinks and snacks will be provided. Lunch will be provided on Saturday. Parking is limited next to the building on the East side, but there are other areas close by for parking. Please register no later than February 28, 2025.
