Oklahoma Pastor Search Manual
The Oklahoma Pastor Search Manual is the result of a partnership between Oklahoma Baptist and the Oklahoma Directors of Mission Association (OKADOM). This manual is a curation of best practices that will be relevant to the context of Oklahoma Baptist churches. The goal of the manual is to provide guidance and resources for Pastor Search Teams has they undertake the important task of searching for their next pastor. It is recommended that this manual serve as a guide along with the counsel of the church’s local Associational Missions Strategist/Director of Missions (AMS/DOM).
